I had a pleasant stay at the Guesthouse. The rooms were spotless and had everything needed for a short break, though it's essential to note it's a Guesthouse, not a hotel. The location was quite convenient for my visit to Belfast, though a bit disappointing for the cost. The service was friendly and helpful, with a few minor hiccups. The dining experience was good, but not exceptional. Overall, a decent choice for the price.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were lovely with modern decor, warm, and cosy, complete with an excellent TV. However, the room was a bit cold during my stay. The service was nicely done up in a beautiful building, but there were complaints about being short-staffed and a refusal for a refund. The location was convenient for walking to the city center and the Titanic museum, but it turned out to be a bit dodgy in Belfast. The dining experience was a bit of a letdown compared to other places I visited, and the hand-cut steaks never arrived.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice and clean, but a bit small with no mirror or iron/ironing board available at the front. The service was warm and friendly despite a slight misunderstanding, and the location, while not perfect, was convenient with free parking. The dining experience was a bit unclear, and there were some disappointments, but the overall value for money was decent.
